Is homeschooling for you?

I keep asking myself if homeschooling is right for us. The answer is YES!
If you are unsure, I have found a book at the library that will help you to decide.
The Complete Guide to Homeschooling, by John and Kathy Perry.
This is a GREAT book. Even if you are not a homeschooler, or are one of those who have a million questions, and think we are crazy. Than this book is for you, too!
When I read in this book a passage that describes a note sent home from a public school to the parents, I almost choked, but it sums it up.
p56--"It's the school's job to teach the child. It's the parent's job that the child learns. The school accepts no responsibility for your child learning."
Please read this book. I highly recommend it.
