With all of the chemicals that we ingest everyday, sometimes we just have to go back to basics.
I am no longer using Canola oil, but am switching back to EVOO- extra virgin olive oil.
Some say Canola oil is bad, others say it is good.
I know for a fact olive oil is good.
So back to Olive Oil.
